What's your refund policy?>
Hidden Blocks is a digital subscription. Once invite-only access has been granted to your TradingView account, the product has been delivered, so refunds aren't offered after that point. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period and won't renew. If anything is genuinely broken on our end, message us and we'll get it sorted.
How do I cancel my subscription?>
If you paid by card, manage or cancel your subscription anytime at
billing.stripe.com/p/login/eVq28rev6ed0fJnbUZ57W00. Enter the email you used at checkout and Stripe will send you a secure login link. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you provide signals or alerts?>
Hidden Blocks is an analysis tool, not a signal service. The indicator identifies and plots Hidden Order Block zones on your chart. What you do with them is up to you. You can set up your own TradingView alerts based on the levels, but we don't send "buy here / sell here" calls. The indicator gives you the levels; you bring the strategy.
Why are there four separate scripts?>
TradingView limits each script to 40 security calls. Each timeframe requires multiple calls, so the indicator is split across four scripts (Minutes, Hours, Days, and Weeks + Months) to give you full coverage without hitting limits. Run them side by side on the same chart.
Can I monitor my own custom timeframes?>
Yes. Every script comes with its default timeframes, but each one also has a "Custom timeframes" group where you can type any valid TradingView timeframe into the slots (e.g. 1m, 45, 3D, 2W). You can also flip on "Show current TF only" and the indicator will track HOBs on whatever chart you're viewing, regardless of the slots configured.
What markets does this work on?>
Any market available on TradingView: crypto, forex, stocks, indices, commodities, futures. The HOB concept is based on institutional order flow and market structure, which applies universally wherever liquidity exists.
Do I need TradingView Premium?>
The scripts work on any TradingView plan, but free plans limit how many indicators you can run simultaneously. A paid TradingView plan is recommended to run all four scripts at once for full timeframe coverage.
