These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hidden Blocks websites, the Hidden Blocks Scanner web application, the Hidden Blocks TradingView indicators, alerts (including Telegram and email notifications), and any related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Hidden Blocks ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Nothing provided by the Services is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Services are software tools that display technical, historical, and market-derived information for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services (including scanner results, indicators, chart markings, "blocks", scores, alerts, rankings, or any other output) is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, derivative, or other financial instrument, or to pursue any trading strategy.
We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary, and we are not registered or licensed with any financial regulator in any jurisdiction. No fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Services. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any financial decision.
Trading and investing, particularly in cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and leveraged products, carry a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire investment, and in some cases more than your investment. Past performance, historical patterns, and backtested or hypothetical results do not predict or guarantee future results. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
All decisions you make based on information shown by the Services are made solely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for their outcomes.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that data (including prices, volumes, market capitalisations, and detected patterns) will be accurate or current; or that defects will be corrected. Some data is sourced from third parties (exchanges, data providers, TradingView) that we do not control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading or investment activity, or your breach of these Terms.
Paid features are sold as recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal ("Manage account"); access continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew after cancellation.
The Services are digital products delivered immediately. Except where required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted. By purchasing you request immediate access and acknowledge that this may affect statutory cancellation rights that would otherwise apply to digital services.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). Accounts are personal: a limited number of concurrent devices per subscription is enforced, and sharing, reselling, or redistributing access, data, alerts, or indicator scripts is prohibited. You may not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The Services, including the scanner, indicators, code, design, and branding, are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use. TradingView indicator access is granted to the TradingView username you supply and remains subject to TradingView's own terms.
The Services link to and depend on third parties, including TradingView, exchanges, data providers, Telegram, and Stripe, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data.
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will update the date above and may ask you to re-accept. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or where required by law. Sections 1–5, 8, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
